Westminster is located in Oconee county in the upper western corner of South Carolina in what is often referred to as the 'Golden Corner.' Sitting in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Westminster is just minutes from Lakes Hartwell, Jocassee, and Keowee which all offer an abundance of recreation and fishing.
